We currently ship all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order status.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailability of the customer

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

The order may be canceled or additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.
